  • Monday:  11:00 am to 4:00 pm


All eyes will be smiling when the historic shopping district of Long Grove presents Irish Days, a celebration of Irish culture, music, food, and drink. The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 4 – Monday, September 6.

Collect $150 (pre-tax & tip) in receipts from historic downtown Long Grove shops and restaurants, dated September 4 – September 6 and redeem them for a FREE commemorative Irish Pint Glass *While supplies last*! Receipts can be redeemed at the Long Grove Visitors’ Center. *Limit 2 glasses per person*

Admission and parking in municipal lots are free.

Irish Dog Competition

ALL DOGS welcomed and must be registered by stopping at the ticket booth onsite 20 minutes prior to the judging.
The judging panel will be constituted of a randomly selected panel of children at Irish Days. Immediately following the judging, the dogs and their owners will parade by the main stage for the award ceremony where each day trophies will be awarded to a male and female in 2 age categories:
  1. King / Queen: Over 2 Years of Age
  2. Prince/ Princess: Under 2 Years of Age

Winners will be announced near the stage:
